Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean."

"Travis was amazing! I called Travis yesterday in the evening and he took my call after 7pm since my washing machine stopped working. He came today and brought the drain pump with him based on the error codes on the washing machine. He took the machine apart and the drain trap had 2 kids socks jammed in there which caused the washer not to work. The part he brought with him was not needed and he only charged me for the service appointment. I also had Travis look at my Refrigerator/Freezer ice maker since it wasn’t pushing ice out of the machine. He was able to fix this issue in 10 minutes.
