"Horrible service. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Upon initial conversation we asked for Ice maker to be fixed and to change the water filter. He said it would take 3-4 days to complete. Changed 6-7 the day he would come back, minutes re-scheduled appt. It took 3 appt to fix the ice maker. After a week?s time he fixed the ice maker but damaged a door sensor and simply ?forgot? to order the part for the water filter. After charging over $700 (the part cost under $100) to install a new ice maker he added two 8 inch pieces of gray duck tape to hold it in place. I could not believe it. Imagine what the fridge looked like.This vendor is a scam. I went with them because his company ?serviced? the Samsung warranties. judging by his work, I question his experience. Let?s not go into his arrongance when questioned. Stay away."
