"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew.
