The issues this place was having with the plumbing and drywall work required a professional to fix the problem. He repaired all damages in a very short period of time to brand new condition, I was impressed by not only the turnaround time but the outstanding quality of the repairs. I rate his services excellent due to professionalism and a high degree of proficiency in home repair. I would definitely recommend his services for any of your jobs. "The bathroom that we had redone came out better than we hoped. We originally had a step in tub/stand up shower area, and it was converted into a walking in shower area with sliding doors. The team created a graded area inside of the tub, with the tiles we selected so that the water could flow out easily and not stay in the shower. We were pleased with the overall look of the shower area and how quickly the work was done. We would definitely hire this team again for other projects in our home."

"Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. "Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Everything turned out beautiful. In the master bath, we removed a tub and they created an extra large shower with duel seats and showers. Gabriel did a nice job tiling the shower and floor. They hung new mirrors and added sconces on the wall. The second and third bathrooms got acrylic showers, new floors, toilets, mirrors and fixtures. The forth bathroom, a half bath, got waincotting on the walls, a new toilet and mirror. They also added a backsplash in the kitchen. Subway tile all around with a beautiful pattern behind the stove. We also added a rock wall in our foyer. It's gorgeous. Alex was in charge of the work. He was very hands on during the remodel. Joel was the contract negotiator. Many a days I changed my mind on something and they were very chill about it!"

"everything was excellent. The owner Ross is great he has a very very good team. All the workers that came were very professional. They had to first remove glass doors on the tub, take out 2 rows of tiles before they could remove the old tub. Than they had to put in the new tub, replace the tile & put back the glass doors. All the work they did was neat & clean. They treated the job as if it was in their own home. Without question I would use them again"
