"We were v, ery pleased with the insulation work, price, communication, and friendliness. We are new in the area and did not know who to contact a first for insulation services. We had just purchased a used 1995 manufactured home with a "cathedral ceiling" that had very poor 3" ceiling/roof blown-in cellulose insulation (but lots more open space available between ceiling and roof sheathing for more ) and no way to access the vacant space above the ceiling without tearing out huge sections of ceiling drywall (for foam insulation), or drilling a lot of holes (for blown-in) or tearing off the roof. None of which were good options for us. Denny came over and said he could actually get in through the soffits at the roof edge, all the way around the house, and with his long hose extension feed the insulation blower hose all the way up to the roof ridge and fill up each cavity by drawing the hose backwards as it expelled the insulation, from the peak down to the soffits. Which he actually did. I could hardly believe it. A very creative solution for a house not built with good insulation in mind or any thought of retrofitting/access. The positive difference in house warmth and furnace/propane usage was immediate. And the price was very fair, about 1/5 the price being quoted by other companies (for spray foam), or others who just shrugged and said "no way." Denny and crew also properly vented each cavity in the process, replaced dozens of soffit screens, and the crew cleaned up perfectly afterwards. They did the whole job on time, in just a few hours, and Denny actually charged less than the original quote because he was unable to fully access a few of the many ceiling bays due to cross-beams he discovered once the project was underway. I would never have known this (that they had to skip a few bays) and he could have charged the original price anyways. So I was impressed with the honesty and integrity. The D&N crew was a friendly, hard-working group who stopped to answer all my questions and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. We were so impressed we had D&N come back a month later and insulate our crawl space (all block walls and rim joints) with spray foam insulation. Again, great work, on time (actually a day early!), friendly service. Now we're going to get them back a third time (!) to insulate underneath the floor of a guest cabin on our property with spray foam. "Ryan came out to give us an estimate. We decided to go with Shout green because the people are very nice and easy to get a hold off. Ryan, Jason, Jason JR, did an excellent job two days later. They did an excellent job, very nice and explained what they were doing. They were extremely knowledgeable about their work, they found shredded newspaper for insulation in our house, some of it was sound together. They had never seen this before, the newspaper was from 1954. Since they did the insulation I donâ t hear my neighbors I donâ t hear their lawnmowers , I donâ t hear people screaming. The house got quiet when I completed one end of the house. I thought they had done half of the house. All said and done, our walls are cool to the touch and this blown in insulation will pay for itself in a years time. The guys did a fantastic job I couldnâ t ask for nicer people from Christina who answers the phone down to the workers. They are readily available they are hard workers they do not slack off. I trust this company so much that if I need anything fixed in my house I will be calling them, Shout green is number one in my book. You donâ t get professionalism and courteous people like this in these crazy days. They were on time they finished on time, and explained what they were doing as we watched. The insulation work was performed by Jesus who also found and fixed two foundation cracks. Encapsulation was done by Juan's team and they all did a great job. They were able to perform all the work with a very narrow opening into the crawlspace and were also able to fit in the dehumidifier. After installation there was a minor issue with the dehumidifier and Craig came right away to fix it. Great experience and I'd definitely use their services in the future if need be."

"Greg, the owner, came out on two occasions to discuss the crawl space and drain tile. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the crawl space industry. We had a few options and he told me about the new spray product he was using. It is this unique seamless liner that is sprayed on after preparing and insulating the area.
His crew was very professional and easy to talk to. We had some scheduling conflicts that were easy to work around and get the job done when we needed it to be finished.
The difference we noticed in the smell in our basement, the effect the insulation and seamless lining had on the air conditioning in our family room (which is above the crawl space) was immediate. We feel cooler air coming through the duct work since it isn't losing energy traveling through a non insulated space anymore and they basement smells and feels normal since the dirt and concrete is now completely covered by the new liner.
That new product is great.
Greg's company also did drain tile work in our basement. It was a different crew than the group who did the crawl space, but they were equally as professional and easy to work with. Rather than break up the job into 3-4 days they stayed late the first day to get everything ready and prepared so they could complete the job quicker. The job was done the next day. The price was very fair and the crew was extremely clean throughout thew whole process.
We now have a water tight, well insulated basement and we couldn't be happier with the results.
