There was some self installation involved but if you're willing to get your hands a little dirty and a 30 minute phone call, there is no better option. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

"It went fine and the system works well. I did recommend GuardMe to a neighbor, who signed up for it, and it works fine for them, as far as I know. However, I think these alarm services are pretty much the same and I would advise people to call around for prices. The installation is one thing, but be careful about the monthly fees, which can be high to cover the cost of the equipment. After my contract expired, I was able to negotiate a monthly fee that is about half what I was paying previously."

We called them by recommendation by our parents. They came out that night by 9pm and got everything working. They didn’t charge an arm and a leg, we were very pleased.
