Recommended installation of drain tiles indoors but after several months of no further occurrences, agreed with our assessment that the issue had been adequately dealt with outside of the house. Requested a revised quotation to replace the existing sump pump with a new heavy duty model and a brand new backup system. Would not hesitate to do business with them again."

"The plumber (Joe) showed up on time, made the repairs quickly except for the sink faucet. Our house was built in 1936 and I swear the bathroom fixtures date back to that era. In order to fix the faucet, he needed a part. He went to the parts store and returned fairly quickly and finished the job without delay. A few days later the leak started again, but that was due to sentiment not the repair itself. I called Saturday morning and Monday morning Joe returned, cleaned out the faucet and it has been fine since. The toilet was replaced with a smaller and more efficient toilet. Everything works fine and Joe cleaned up in all areas when he was done. Joe was a delight to meet and even though a young man, knew exactly what he was doing. He was amazing!"
