Mr, Juarez responded almost immediately to schedule the appointment for the following day. He arrived promptly and initially gave me a verbal quote. The quote was considerable lower (almost half of some companies). I asked him if he could send it to me in email which he did. The email quote was not very detailed so just to be sure we were both on the same page, I replied with the details of what I was expecting for the price he quoted. He replied confirming the information was correct. He came 2 days later with 3 other men and performed the job. They were done in about 3 hours and did an excellent job. I had to leave during the job so my husband evaluated their work and verbally signed off on it while I was gone. They did a very good job cleaning up the debris. I picked up a few small branches that were mixed in one of our evergreen bushes, but I'm anal and I can see where they missed them. They did exactly what I wanted without me being home to provide oversight."
