"I hired Premier for a bathroom remodel including removal of tub, tiling and installation of a new shower. Geoff and his team were fantastic to work with. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of the process. Communication was great and any questions or concerns were addressed right away. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Alex and his men did n excellent job! Alex explained what needed to be done n gave us an estimate for the entire job including materials. Told us it could take 3 days to complete. We were concerned about that because that was our only bathroom. He said if we were willing for him to stay later he could shorten that time. Alex had it done in a DAY!! Stay late into the evening but we had a bathroom when he left. Very polite n answered all our questions! Would definitely hire him again!"
