They arrived precisely on time.  They were very polite and willingly did everything that we asked.  We had some containers so that the oil remaining in the tank could be reclaimed and we requested them to fill these containers.  I watched them work and they were very pleasant  and did not mind my observing.  They asked me if I wanted to keep any of the parts that they removed.  All the work was done efficiently and carefully.   They  left the work area very neat and clean when they finished.  The area at the front of the house where the fill and vent pipes  was completely  and neatly covered without any disruption of the landscaping.  We were very happy with the way the job was completed.

As you can imagine, the removal of Invasive Bamboo is not an easy task and most landscapers/contractors (I had 3 refuse to do the work) would not touch it, or provide an astronomical quote preventing any possibility to proceed. This was not the case w/ Damien of South Shore Excavation. He came in, assessed the project as a whole and provided an honest attainable quote to proceed. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."
