"We had a very good experience with Jon and the crew at Designer Lifestyles. After getting quite a few quotes from many different installers, we went with this team to replace 2,600 square feet of carpet and vinyl with wood and tile. In addition to installing the flooring, they also worked to install new outlets in our floors on the first floor and repaired a hole in the wall created as a result of the new outlets. It was quite a large job and took a bit longer than we expected, but we are very happy with the results. The crews all worked hard and did a great job. Shiloh and the wood flooring team were there every day, right on time, and were very careful with the work they did. They left at the end of each day with a plan as to what was going to happen the next day. Craig was excellent with the tile work and completed his job right on time as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The price was in line with the others in the area for a job this large and we believe it was fair. The only thing I would change would be our expectation for how long the job would take. It took longer than we were told, but in the end, with all things considered, we are happy with our new flooring."

"These guys were very professional and were well prepared for my driveway renovation. The owner Theo supervised and when the jobs were done he made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. This is a very good company to do business with plus I will be using them again for more concrete work."

"It went well. I added on to the project and they adapted the plans to make it look super nice. Everything is permitted and good to go."

"They did a great job Mathew the superintendent was a pleasure to work with."

"Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two-level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day, Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job; we have been overly impressed by this company. The whole crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy, and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skills. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed, and every one of them has had the same response, and Wow.and The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Not it is time to start enjoying the fall weather sitting outside. Thank you, Caleb, Marcus, and Chris."
