"Augustine gave the most thorough and explanatory estimate. Explained and showed all the materials used, and the estimate/price was reasonable. Their work was systematic and efficient. They repaired damaged areas of the roof, the fit on all the repairs was perfect. The roof looks great, the work area around the house was clean. They were packed up and gone before 4pm."

"They were very responsive to my phone call, promptly went out to look at the roof and gave me a reasonable price. Some roofers would not return my call, others said it would take a month to get to the work. Andre at Springfield was flexible with me and responded to my texts and calls incredibly promptly. He acted like he wanted and valued my business. I would definitely use them to replace the entire set of roof shingles in a couple years."

"Five-star service from Pond Roofing! They are professional, fast, and offer very competitive pricing. I was particularly impressed by their transparency; they diagnosed the issue accurately and didn't try to inflate the scope of the repair. It’s clear why they have such a great reputation in the community. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!"

"Roofing & More did an outstanding job, Chris & Tim are superior craftsmen installing a new front door and repairing water damage caused by the builders' poor installation. Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. They also did an amazing job replacing an old sliding glass patio door with a real single hinged door with windows. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."

"Rich was great. Did a fantastic job and we love the lights. He also hooked me up with a handyman to help me out with some other roofing issues I was having. Great great great."

"The roof replacement is fine - nothing amazing, nothing upsetting. My communication with their office throughout the process has been frustrating and unprofessional."

"The entire team from Modern Renovations, LLC was great to work with! They were able to get our entire old roof removed, repaired and the new roof on in less than a day! And their cleanup procedures are AWESOME!! They left our place looking nicer then when they got here. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Mo from Presidential Exteriors inspected our roof and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough, and showed us the problems with our roof both externally and internally. He explained how they would replace our roof and explained about all of their premium products, great insurance, great warranties, certified builders etc., that they provided. I know that building our new roof will be done well because they have such good materials, technique, and builders who will work on it."
