"I contracted C.U. Building Dreams LLC to rebuild my back deck with a different footprint and to build a patio. Additionally, I had the siding on the back of the house replaced. Claudio and his team did an excellent job, adhering to a timely schedule and offering a fair price. They went above and beyond my expectations and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. During Claudioâ s first visit, he collaborated with me to develop a proposed design, immediately showing me the new layout on his iPad. He produced a quote within a few days. Claudio was quick to resolve any unexpected issues that arose during the project. I would not hesitate to hire him and his team for future work."

"Chris, Noah, his chief foreman, and their entire crew were truly outstanding. I contacted them initially for a bathroom remodel project because of their excellent reputation in that area. However, Chris is so knowledgeable and easy to work with, that I decided to have them do a complete house remodel. Over a three-month period, they replaced the entire roof, remodeled two bathrooms, three bedrooms, the living room, dining room, basement, sunroom, and a large family room. They put hardwood floors throughout, new ceilings, and totally redid the electrical system with new lights, fans, and outlets. In addition, they did some outside painting, installed new floodlights, and repaired the gutters. I couldn't be happier with their work. We now have a beautiful new home. They are perfectionists and many times would plaster the sheetrock several times until it looked just perfect. They paid attention to every detail, even things like mounting new TVs in the bedroom and family room. Most importantly, they were fun to have in the house. They were completely honest, had a good sense of humor, and were very respectful and sensitive to our needs. Chris would take me shopping for the tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets. and granite countertops. Talk about personal service. I would recommend them highly for any type of home remodel project. They are true professionals that take a tremendous amount of pride in their work."

"We contracted with Dundon Construction to replace our worn out deck. Ryan was willing to spend a good amount of time with us educating us as to material and design options. He quoted a very fair price, started work on the promised date, and worked with no interruptions to complete the job by the agreed upon completion date. His workmanship was of a very high caliber and we have been very pleased with the deck ever since. We have since engaged Ryan to do multiple other projects, including window installations, a bathroom remodel, and installation of a kitchen floor. All of these projects were completed by Ryan to the same high standards as the deck. He is a skilled and conscientious tradesman who we strongly and unreservedly recommend."
