"Unsuccessful. The tech said that there was no clean out in front of the house. He said he would need to remove the toilet to gain accsess to the drain. Or they could go through the stack pipe on the roof, but he would have to reschedule. He gave me a quote for 954.00 to remove the toilet. Seeing that I couldn't wait, as my pipe was clogged, I swallowed very hard and gave him permission to proceed. He worked on it for about two hours and then told me he would have to use the power jet.......bad idea. The blowback flooded my bathroom. He did clean it up though! He needed to go back to the shop for a longer snake. He didn't have a camera so he couldn't tell what was happening. He then talked with another tech who had a camera and showed up. They ran the camera through the pipe and told me that he thought I had a collapsed pipe and recommended that the front yard would have to be excavated. Got estimates from Wyatt and was not at all impressed with the pricing. Found a plumber who actually took the time to look for a clean out pipe and found it. It took a whole two hours of running the snake through the pipe to the street three times. No collapsed pipe, No excavation, opened the pipe and flow is good. The tech they sent was ill prepared and still charged me that exorbitant amount of money. Lessoned learned. I wouldn't trust this company with a garden hose!"

In addition to the specifications required fo composit deck installation, he added more than required joists speculations to ensure the deck likely remain problem free. He also was able to anchor my propane grill and table without risk to the deck as these articles get thrown around in windy and stormy weather. He provided a generous warranty. "Tuesday in June 2022, 4:03 PM Received a call from my wife, that our water had stopped while my son was in the shower. 4:14 PM Placed a call to Quality Water (QW) for Service. Keep in mind they are a "24 hour" service, is what they say. Customer Service (CS) said when asked, for service call charges normally is $135.00. After 4 PM is when premium rates kick in, which is $229.00 for service call (not per hour) to get back up plus parts and I said I was okay with that because I did not have water. LONG STORY SHORT: they called couldn't be out that night and put me off till next morning. They called next morning, all crew out on a big job and can't make it till tomorrow-24 hrs. service? When they did, the plumbing was way different and after they came back out to change it, again as I had before, they didn't do like I asked and leaks. Charged me $2395.00 to replace a switch & 22 gal. pressure tank - very high, but they had me over a barrel. Check the picture of the plumbing I found after they left - I trusted them for years and was shocked of how I found it when it simple came straight in down and over to the tank like a square Z to this? No written estimate or receipt, I had to call to ask for it. As a former service manager, I can tell you this service manager, Aaron did not handle this correctly at all. In pre court resolution now, and possible small claims to rectify. This from a customer that used this company for a couple decades, but first time for 911 services - no longer using unless this is cleared to satisfaction. Take my advise, don't call them for 911 services because they will rack you over the coals and are NOT true 24 hour service. There is a lot more bulleted points I could add, but won't. I am a patient person, but they blocked both my phone numbers and the owner never called to solve, only left a response on Google reviews to give him a call to resolve and want to keep their rave reviews. They have my number and if cared, could have this taken care of long ago. Unfortunately, small claims are next, if not cleared up very soon."

"Our furnace install was done professionally. The installers were great. I do not blame any of our problems on the installers. It is their corporate office and lack of concern for issues a customer has that will affect any future customers. They simply do not care. The day after our furnace install we received a text that stated "Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, and sister company A New Image Heating and Cooling are offering a FLASH BOGO! Valid this week! The Furnace is FREE when you install an AC! Call today for details.". I called immediately because we had expressed an interest in both heat and AC. I asked why we were not offered this BOGO when they knew we were interested in both and the sale was good for the week of our installation. We would have taken this deal and gotten both. I was told by the Mentor office that they were unaware that the sale text was going out and asked if I could give them a few days. The following Monday I did receive a call back and was told they would install our AC for $4,000. The original estimate was about $6,000. So they were offering to take $2,000 off to install the AC. My furnace was $5,695. Is this a deceptive advertising ploy to get another $4,000 out of us? I disagreed with this offer and was given a contact at their home office in Grand Rapids MI. I sent the info to Geoffery Kartes who is their Director of Digital Marketing in MI. That was four weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I even called Mr. Kartes and still did not get a call back. This is apparently a "pass the blame" situation where no one is willing to take responsibility. Associates in the Mentor office agreed with me, one of their associates even encouraged me to escalate my displeasure because he said this has happened before, yet nothing has been done. Maybe if they ignore me I will go away. I will not. I wanted to let potential future customers know this happened. I am also letting the BBB and the Ohio AG know.
