The the time came for replacing them and the water heater (Both were about 19 years old), we decided to use their services as well. They gave us all options , were willing to work with us and when the time came to replace the unit, they were prompt, courteous and showed up on time. They has three installers in out place and they completed the work efficiently and in a timely fashion as promised. We got the Amanna HVACs and the Rinnai tankless system installed. They sent out their technician to help us with some problems we had post installation. Though they may be a bit more expensive (But not by much) from the other contractors, they were well worth the extra money. Will recommend them without any reservations."

"My 16-year-old water heater was leaking onto the basement floor so I shut it off. I read the positive reviews on here and decided to give them a call, seeing how high prices were from the "big box stores" with installation. Here's the timeline: 10:10 am - I called them and they asked if I could send photos of old tank, vent, and service tag 10:15 am - I sent photos 10:17 am - They called me back, told me about the water heater special for a 40 gal, 40,000 BTU tank (I didn't have to bring it up!) and asked if I was without hot water now. I confirmed and they said a plumber was on his way back from another job and could just drop by the office to get a tank and come right out to me. 11:00 am - Technician arrived, re-explained price, and went right to work. By 1:00 pm - Technician was finished and asked me to come down to review everything. He showed me how to light it if ever needed, pointed out all the changes he had to make to bring it up to code, gave me the instruction booklets and some suggestions about what I could do for annual maintenance. He had also cleaned everything up (except some water, of course, which will dry). Oh, and not only did he use shoe protectors every time he walked through any part of the house, he also put them on the wheels of the hand truck he used to move the new tank in and the old one out - I had to laugh when I saw that one!! At this point, I thought, "OK, the special was the base price, we'll see how much this 'code stuff' adds...". He gives me the invoice FOR THE QUOTED PRICE - I stop, surprised, and ask about all the other items, and he says they can't install it without bringing it up to code, and that's included. I'm shocked. I pay, he departs, having taking the old tank and all old parts with him. Before 2:00 pm, less than four hours from my call, I had hot water again. I'm amazed! Maybe we shouldn't be so surprised with such good service, but it seems like so many other places are always out to nickel-and-dime you on up to a higher price, especially when you have no choice.
