"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"Project of our floor repair was handled quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire Exact 360 again if needed."

"I hired Mitch to redo my carport roof & gutters, as well as my kitchen & bathroom floors. He was punctual, professional, and completed everything immediately. He went above & beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my projects. He was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. I have recommended him to a few friends and would hire him again for future projects."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Contacted to get a quote on my brick facade. Services performed included grinding, power-washing, and re-pointing my facade. Price was medium-ranged from other quotes. Responsiveness and punctuality was excellent."

"have to be very specific on what needs done"

"They did everything we wanted and were always thinking about ways to make areas better while keeping costs in mind. Always tried to do their best work."
