"The location is a little out of the way on a frontage road, but when I found it, they were pleasant. The salesperson gave me a sample (3 ft board) and padding to take home (without my name or info) which I didn't return for almost 3 weeks and helped me select a different one to take home at that time. He told me about the quality of the laminate flooring they handle and about it being Wisconsin sourced. When the installer realized on day 2 of installation that they hadn't sold me enough boxes, Kris (installer) called the owner who agreed to provide 1/2 the extra needed boxes at no charge and half-the price for the others.
