"Craig and his workers were amazing. Excellent workmanship and the job isnâ t even finished yet. Price was amazingly lower than 2 other estimates I got. Craig has gone above and beyond everything he told me. Craig put in all new windows, new siding and soffit, hung all new lights, new downspouts, and is going to install 3 new storm doors and clean off gutters which were stained from new roof install last year. He even had one of his workers leave the job to come to Home Depot and pick up the 3 new storm doors we bought and couldnâ t fit in our suv. Craig was on the job or texting me everyday. Whenever I texted or called him with a question he answered immediately. The crew cleaned up amazingly well everyday before leaving. And it is almost finished a few weeks ahead of schedule. "Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. "If you are looking for quality material and craftmanship from a company that you can trust - look no further than Sensible Home Products. It is Jeremy's vision, down to earth nature, and quality materials that sold me. He transformed my 70s looking house into a modern work of art. We had aluminum siding and cedar panels replaced with Vinyl Siding and Vinyl shakes, replaced the gutters, garage door, back door and installed shutters. There were 6 companies that we met with and 5 of them wanted to just overlay the old siding. Jeremy was the only one that was on board with me to remove all the existing siding and had the idea to redesign the front of the house by removing the wood boxes that surrounded each of the front windows. Putting his ideas to life was not an easy feat as his crew ran into several obstacles: removing wood attached by glue, stucco was under some of the siding making attaching the siding and shutters difficult, bees and birds nests under the wood and water damage in the back of the house. He kept me up to date daily on the work done and put me at ease on the problems that were uncovered. Never once was I told that the problem could not be solved. I can't thank him and his crew enough for replacing all the damaged wood and supporting beam rotted from the water damage in the back. Without their carpentry skills, honesty and attention to detail I would have had to deal with fixing the siding again in a few years as the wall would start to fall apart. Jeremy always made sure I was happy with the work and answered any questions I had. Adding the shutters was a last minute decision to further enhance the look of the house - it really made it all come together. I am so happy I went with Sensible Home Products.
