"James responded quickly when I requested an estimate, and after I chose his team they started work immediately within a few days. I have a two story log cabin with two story garage that is similar that I needed stained. Additionally I had a few logs that needed some attention because of rot. While James and his team were cleaning and spraying other areas of the house I was able to make the repairs without slowing them down. Additionally James explained the potential cause for the rot may have been associated with the steep roof slope and type of leaf guard I was using withy gutter. James also took care of that while he was here with no delays."

"It went great. Gary returned my initial inquiry call the same day; he came out and provided an estimate when promised; he scheduled a date and then called and offered an earlier date; he addressed issues that went undiscovered at the time of the estimate without concern.
