Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I was able to send photos of my garage issue so they could be prepared, if necessary, before they arrived. They arrived and immediately started working on the repair. Luckily for me it wasn't major issue! They also checked and adjusted the springs while they were here, as well as provide maintenance recommendations.
