Rain prevented him from digging immediately but he did what he could to make sure I had water until the repairs were done. Completed the job in less time than expected. "Mr. Bill Schwenzer and his brother, Tom, demolished the bathtub area, removed the tile floor, installed new sub floor, removed the vanity top, raised the vanity a few inches, installed 12"x24" tiles in tub area with a niche, installed 18"x18" tiles on the floor, installed new baseboards and shoe mold, organized plumber for installation of  new tub, toilet, sink and shower faucets.  Bill and Tom always prompt and efficient.  We had a few challenges with the location and size of the niche because of some electrical wires in the wall, but it worked out well after all.  They were very meticulous in their work, cleaned up after themselves, and especially wanted to be sure we were satisfied AND happy with the job.  Not only were they polite and friendly with us (and the family dog), they were also polite and friendly with each other.  They are trustworthy and honest gentlemen, which is hard to find these days.   Everything is GREAT!

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."
