"it went amazing. Even though it was not a very large job, Ed came out three times to discuss project and my reservations. He was punctual, very informative and very congenial. I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. Ed came by every day to make sure everything was going perfectly and it was. Everything was cleaned up meticulously and the crew even did a few extra things esthetically to make up for the slight delay caused by weather. "It started well: she was responsive to request for quote, came on time and quote was best we got. We reviewed our needs and came to an agreement. She and her painters were on time each day and actually finished 1/2 day earlier than expected. Problems were that their cleanup was less than satisfactory: many paint drips. I pointed many out to her on last day. I am still finding them. Yes there were some drips from prior paint jobs, but the ones I am cleaning up now are the colors she painted with, and very different from the old paint. In addition, she agreed to delay painting our stair risers until after the starts were sanded and stained. no problem she said. We agreed on a time and date, and she didn't show. And she never again returned my calls. Very unprofessional. If you cant do it, just let me know. She was paid to do it but never finished the job."

"They were very nice the problem was that they didn't have any material with them, they said no material which meant either they said no material in the ad it meant they didn't supply any of the shrubs or any of the plants or anything and they didn't have any tools with them for planting or anything else but anyway I borrow some stuff from my neighbors so it was fine. They should explain in their ad that they don't supply any tools that you have to have your own gardening tools."
