"When I posted about my problem, the contractor reached out right away. I wasn’t ready to move forward until I returned two weeks later, but he stayed in touch. I had a leaking pipe leading out of the basement and a faulty backflow preventer. I sent him pictures, and as soon as I was ready, he scheduled the repair for the very next day. The work was done quickly and neatly, with care taken to preserve the rock garden around the site. Excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I am so grateful to Joey and his crew. They were hard-working and respectful. Joey came out initially to inspect and over a quote that was fair. He returned the next week with a crew and they replaced all the sprinkler heads (most were broken and leaking badly, making my pump work harder). He also explained that my valves needed to be replaced and promised to be back the following week. As he replaced the valves, one of his crew also added drip irrigation to all my landscaping AND my patio tomatoes, flowers, and my two raised beds. He then switched the four zone to make one just for drip irrigation, after installing a new system. Joey also took the time to explain how I can control it all through my phone. I am so thrilled with their work and professionalism. We will be hiring them next spring to install a new system at our rental, and I look forward to seeing them in the fall when they will come and winterize the system."

"All good. Booking was via phone for an appointment. They also gave a reminder call. The time slot was 1-4 and they said they might show up toward later part. They came around 2, Inspection was done, adjustments made, and two leaking heads identified. The tech asked me if I want to pay him to replace at $53 per head, because he noted I had apparently done others myself with Lowe's purchased heads. I wanted them to do it, so I approved it and got it done much quicker and easier than I ever could do it. I was happy he gave me the option about doing it myself before proceeding. Maybe I could have done the start up myself, but it was not too expensive on the Angie's coupon. He also advised about optimum watering duration. I was over watering my shrubs!
Bottom line- simple work, done easily, honestly and friendly."

The booking was easy and the tech was on time. He did what I was expecting, to open the system up. However, while a number of the heads were not turning and would need to replaced, he provided me and my wife with an estimate for $700 to replace 7 total heads!! He said, because we have well water, they'd recommend using heads that include steel, so they are $65 each, plus he added $15 to "lower" the heads based on newer standards with sprinklers. This was way more than I wanted to spend and also $400+ more than an estimate I then received from another company to do the same work using sprinklers of the same quality but not replacing all 7, instead replacing just 4. The cost per sprinkler head was more in the $35-$40 range.

I'm sure Royal irrigation knows what they are doing as far as sprinklers, and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the second estimate has me thinking that they are overpriced. They also didn't seem to want to work with us to find something that worked in our budget, unlike other vendors.

"For the most part the installation was well. Some grass and pavers issues but I took care of them myself. My biggest problem came when I, try to start and open the system back after Aqua Duck winterrized it them selfs. I found one of the ball valves cracked in the middle and water was non stopped. I reached out to the owner, and expressed my problem. He send two men a week later to see what was the issue with my back flow preventive valve. " They Claim" that the valve was cracked due to someone opening it during the winter season, whitch was not the case. Also if anything would freez it would be the top of the valve seat that is plastic. Funny but, how is it that if the winter conditions caused the ball valve to split,and why dint any other parts of the system including the copper pipe`s that are exposed to the weather conditions froze and slpited also. I explained to the guys that this valve was defected from the start, and never noticed till I had to re open the system this year. I try reaching them again and again, to finf that the answer machine outgoing message is full every day!!!!! I am stremely disappointed for the unresponsive and lack resolvement on Aqua Duck`s Behalf.
What happen to my  1 year warranty as my contract  stipulates!!!!!!
