"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"They took down my 93-year-old slate roof (a dangerous and dirty job) and replaced it with asphalt in 10 hours. A good sized team with the right equipment. I watched all day and was impressed that no cut corners came into the job. They were very careful to do it right.The team of roofers were under a capable supervisor. They â flexedâ and put a little extra (material or labor) in, when something unexpected was discovered, or a slight customization to make the result better was called for. All the slate that came down was a huge mess of tiles, flakes and dust. They got that too. Iâ m going to use them again."

Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

For example, we planned on reusing our existing shutters, Luis noticed that three pairs were too long for the windows, which would have looked odd if they had been installed as-is. Luis brought this to our attention, and we were able to reuse most of our existing shutters and replace the three pairs that were too long. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement services. We would work with them again in the future."
