"Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.

The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"I called several floor companies to repair my kitchen wooden floor that was not attached to the sub floor and causing the floor to move up and down and they never responded but Mr. Graziano came to inspect the job and was able to come up with a solution to the problem fixing the wooden floor and adding a row of tiles to secure the floor. Mr. Garaziano is a gifted worker and dedicated to his work by making suggestions which will make the job come out perfect. He arrives on time in the morning early ready to give you a full day's work and comes every day until the job is completed. With the paint job he works systematically and very neat.
