"My water softener had leaked through what I thought was a cracked brine tank. I called a few places that were eager to sell me a brand new system without looking at the existing system – and none even discussed repair. Not liking the price of the new systems I went on Angie List and called Clean Water Solutions based upon the high rating. The phone was answered by Rantz and he took the time to patiently and professionally explain my options and his opinions on replacement and repair. We schedule a time to have him look at my water softener system. Rantz arrived on time and after detailed discussion, including him taking the time for him to show me what he felt failed and why it flooded (not the brine tank), it was agreed to rebuild the head of the water softener. He could have easily sold me on a new system, but he didn’t and presented options of repair versus replacement. We followed up with a date to repair, he arrived and rebuilt the system as discussed at the cost indicated. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and honestly. Rantz certainly earned my trust and business."

"I met with Bill to receive an estimate to replace all the water lines in my house. I was very impressed right from the start with his honesty. His estimate was exactly what I expected it should be and I hired him without getting any further estimates. Bill arrived early on the date scheduled to begin the work with everything needed to complete the project. It took two days to complete the installation and I was only without water for part of the second day. He has a lot of experience doing a job like this and it was very apparent because he was able to do the job with only having to make openings in a couple of walls, which made me very happy. "Can't say enough about the professionalism of Leon and his crew. He gave me an estimate that was dead on what the final charges were. They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was. I would have no reservations about recommending Leon to work on my house if the case arises."

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
