"I needed a protective netting hung on my patio for my cats ASAP. I thought the job would take 20-30 mins tops and Patrick Brown, the installer, quoted me on that assumption. Turns out, the job took 2 hours because I had bought the wrong type of netting but Patrick figured out a way to ensure that, even though the netting wasn't the right fit, that my cats were never going to escape. He was friendly and professional the entire time and the job turned out great. After he was done, he cleaned up behind himself, and left everything neat and the way he found it. Best of all, his original quote was reasonable and he made it clear that he never tries to overprice or take advantage of anyone and that, as long as the price is fair, he will always try to work within a potential client's budget.
