"I've used this company before and have been pleased. This time, I made a work order on-line and was called within a few days. (Usually, they call right away, but didn't for some reason this time. I was not in a big hurry though, or I would have called back.) I made an appointment for evening, and Ray accomodated me. He came by and spend a couple of hours getting our computers running. A few days later, I called back because my printer wasn't not communicating with myn desktop, and I wondered if it was related. Ray spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me talking me though a reinstallation of the software, which fixed the problem. He did not charge me for the additional time, and never questioned whether it was related to the earlier work or was a new problem. I appreciated that, given that I am a repeat customer.
