Customers say: Super punctual

"They are fast and clean up after themselves. If you do choose to use them. Make sure to verify where all of your utility lines run. Because they will not. Then when they bust them they will try and blame you. If that doesn't work they will say they're not responsible for any damages. And if you are lucky. They will say, out of the goodness of their heart, they will cover half of the cost. And they use the word integrity in the commercial."

"I had an excellent experience with Legacy Supportworks! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. Alex, Marshall, and Adania completed my foundation work. They were knowledgeable and efficient, and they took the time to explain every step of the process."

"We bought an oak tree on April 4th and got delivered yesterday May 18th, it takes that long. The tree we picked was beautiful and full of leaves, we picked it and paid for it. But then they brought our poor tree here merely having leaves left, the tips of its branches are leafless, it's like twigs, leaves that's left are it's either dead or wilted. The people who installed our poor tree say it's not their fault. And the guy we talk on the phone said "It looks good to me". So I say, Was he even there when we picked it up when we bought it? No, he wasn't! We have proof and the young nice guy who helped us that day knows how full of life the tree was. We have picture of then and now of the tree we bought. And now they're telling us "It looks good to me"? And stop by our yard without talking to us? How is that even possible? Because fyi this is not our first time buying trees and bushes from Aldredge Garden, we probably bought a lot of flowering plants and 5 trees in the past and this is our 6th tree. And this isn't the first time we had a problem with them. We are a returned customer thinking it might be different this time or even better, but NO, it's more horrible this time."

FAQs for concrete foundation raise projects in Midland, TX

On average, it takes two to seven days to physically raise your house. However, this does not include the preparation work, which is often the most lengthy process. The entire project, including preparation, obtaining permits, disconnecting utilities, and any subsequent landscaping, can take four to eight weeks. This timeline ensures everything is done safely and that your home remains structurally sound.

If proper safety protocols are not followed, raising a house can cause severe damage, as the process involves applying controlled force to the home's structure. The risks involved make it crucial to hire a skilled contractor who uses engineered methods to secure your home and prevent any harm to your household.

If your foundation shows signs of instability after raising your home, you might need to add structural support. A structural engineer can assess your foundation and recommend reinforcements to ensure your house stays stable and safe for the long term. Available support options include installing additional piers or pilings, reinforcing existing footings, or using steel beams to distribute the load more evenly.

You will need a structural engineer to assess your home before you begin. These professionals determine whether your house is suitable for lifting and identify any issues that could compromise its stability. Their expertise ensures that the project is designed correctly and all risks are managed to achieve a successful lift.
