He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. There have even been a couple of instances where a repair was not necessary, and Mr. Scott let me know that, instead of making an unnecessary repair to inflate a repair bill.  EXAMPLE: My home refrigerator stopped working, and it appeared that a new compressor motor might be needed.  As it turned out, a mouse had gotten caught behind the refrigerator and caused the motor to stop working.Mr. Scott told me what he'd found, and saved me a potentially expensive repair bill. This man is HONEST, and looks out for his customers!  We've also used Allied Refrigeration & Appliance to purchase/install used appliances in our rental properties."
