"From the time we submitted a request, Wertz was very quick to respond. They came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate compared to many other companies. When we went into their showroom, we were greeted by their friendly store dog and friendly faces. They were very informative in helping us choose samples to which were shipped to our house days later. The crew that came out to install the carpet were great! "Owner Jimmy and crew were very punctual. Materials arrived on time and installation began in the kitchen. This was an all day job involving a lot of meticulous cutting. The prior installation had been sloppy and seams were covered with caulking to cover the uneven installation. All the floor molding was carefully removed and replaced. In addition I had wooden strips placed between the rooms instead of the metal strips. The upstairs bathroom was quicker. There had been a leak and Jimmy replaced the flooring that was soft before beginning the installation. He also alerted me to a new area of concern on the toilet so I contacted a plumber. <br />Judy, co-owner and Sarah and Sandy the sales associates were very helpful in assisting me to select the right product for my needs and budget.This is a family run business and I have used there services before to install carpeting throughout my house. They take a great deal of pride in their work. No wonder they have been in the flooring business for approximately 40 years. I am happy to recommend Jimmy's Carpets. <br /> <br />"
