The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. They exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them for any outdoor improvement."

"I worked with this company 30 years ago, when they first started up.. They impressed me then. I had a deck added and a hit tub hooked up AND the garage side doubled. I moved and used a very local company to add a small addition to this house and there were problems! So when it came time to add a large addition I sought out the prior company I used, Add A Deck. This company is every bit as good as before. Better, with years of all sorts of building experience under their belt. The leadership and the workers did a beautiful job. This job was complex and took 5 months to complete. I added a half bath, laundry room, screen porch, a hallway to connect the garage, pocket doors, skylight, walkout bay type window with a storage seat and doubled the size of the kitchen. I was here all day, every day during that time. They added plumbing, a plumber no, rerouted and added wiring and tied it into the whole house generator. They installed things I already had on hand for the addition. One of the business owners was on site nearly every day. All text messages and emails were answered quickly. I had no problems during the construction and none in this following year.. They listened and made all requested changes and adjustments with ease. "All-N-1 did a terrific job. We contracted for this in the middle of the pandemic so we were late to the party in home improvements. It look a while to get it on their schedule but that wasn't all their fault - I had to get approval from neighbors, homeowners assoc. and a HELOC in place before we could pick a date so a lot of front end stuff that wasn't their fault. Once it was scheduled, it was very fast. It took less than two days for them to build including the inspection. They cleaned up everything and we were on our new deck that evening. Also....I asked if they could adjust the design slightly to give us more room on the screened in balcony - "Sure, we can make that work". That was really nice too and great quality work on all aspects of the project."

"Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. "After getting the run around from another local company, I found Fletcher Constructions online and reading many great reviews. We were very eager and anxious to start our project since the other company had us waiting for so long, that I sent a quick note to Fletcher Constructions website. Within 2 hours I had a reply asking when we could met for a consultation. He gave an honest, and unbeatable estimate for building our deck and fence. Our communications were always timely and professional. When work commenced the job was done in 4 days as promised!! His team was courteous, hard working, and provided excellent work. They ensured their mess was cleaned up after every day on the site and when the job was finished all remaining materials and tools were immediately removed from the property. We threw a party on our new deck and we had a few friends who knew a thing or two about building decks. They commented that the workmanship on our deck was superior. Many mentioned that there were many small details added to the work which made our deck stand out. For instance each deck board was screwed rather than nailed (nails tend to come out with time). "Working with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and did not want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them did not want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we would not hear back from them, or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand-new house.
