"Class Act! A True High-Quality Contractor As we embarked on an exterior renovation of our 44-year-old home that included new windows, siding, doors, gutters, and columns. We were nervous as this was surely going to be a large sum of money and a headache for a week or two. Prior to deciding on hiring Elman’s Contractors we got prices from 3 other companies which were $5-$8K higher in price then Elman. Also, the other contractors didn’t listen to our needs so we decided to hire Elman’s Contractors. Great Decision! Elman setup an appointment to meet at his material distributor so we could see and choose the materials to be used on our home. Due to COVID-19 manufacturer shutdowns the materials delayed our project as we needed all items on-site for the renovation to begin. Elman had the sales representative from Alside Distributors keep us updated on the material status. As the start day arrived, Elman and his foreman “Shorty” arrived with the crew to provide direction and get started with the demo and installation. Throughout the 5 days of the renovation everyone on the Elman’s Contractors crew treated my home as if it was theirs and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the outcome. Elman was very responsive to a small issue that needed to be adjusted after the work was complete. Elman and his crews were phenomenal to work with before, during, and after. We most definitely will recommend Elman to our friends and family."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Quality windows installed by a professional installation crew. Initial consultation was professional, friendly with lots of great info on windows, and recommended window sample I could see and touch. Installation supervisor explained what they were going to do and estimated time; supervisor did outside walk around after and showed how they caulked/sealed; and inside showed me how to work windows for cleaning. Crew worked quickly and efficiently; clearly knew exactly what they were doing! Actually gave me 2 crews since they were a few hours late due to rain delay on previous day’s project! HCR Project manager stopped by to ask how things were going and tell me what to expect after install to get warranty initiated. The windows look and work great. Ver impressed with all aspects of my project!"
