"They were good. They were a little bit slow but they did come and do the work. We thought it was going to be roof repair and it turned out they just cleaned the gutters and did some minor stuff to the $200 so we were a little disappointed with that. We enlisted him and he did some major repairs on our roof so it was good to get him here and good to get him up there. We used that $149 but we also paid him an extra $1300 to repair the roof, he ended up making a lot of money out of this. We had to call him 3 times, he came out finally in the end of August. They were very nice and when he came, he brought a crew with him, and they were quick and efficient so it was good. We would probably use them again because it's hard to get up on the roof."

"In a recent high-wind storm, the aluminum fascia siding toward the roof line on my second story broke and blew off. The Gray Huskie team contacted me via text message. I was able to send a picture, and they gave me a pricing estimate. I also asked them to price gutter covers, and all of this was done via text message. Then, they offered to come out and measure my gutters and give me a final bid. Overall, the team was incredibly professional. They scheduled me quickly. They showed up on time, and the job was finished within the time estimate for completion (2-2.5 hours). I was happy with the work quality, and appreciated the quick responses. "I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."
