"Neighborly Plumbing has to be by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked. In fact those plumbers asked me what I wanted and asked for my suggestions! Seriously!! Need I say I went with Neighborly Plumbing. Their bid was extremely competitive and after all was done and said their quality was heads above everyone else. While completing the job they ended up redesigning the sump system because they found excessive water tables around the property. They wanted to insure that the system they installed was custom to our home and as such they ended up upgrading parts and incurring an additional day of labor for two master plumbers but yet honored my estimate. I’m sure they certainly couldn’t afford to do that on a frequent basis but it goes to show you that there are tradesman still alive and well who insist on quality and function on all jobs that they complete. "Our furnace would not turn off, so we first tried putting new batteries in our programmable thermostat. However, doing that did not fix the problem. Next, I called Parley’s PPM Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for some help. David, who answered the phone, was pleasant and helpful, and he made an appointment for us for the next day within the 8 am to 10 am time period. Meanwhile, we worked on reprogramming the thermostat, which was a bit tricky, but the furnace began working properly again. We thought we would have the Parley’s furnace specialist check our furnace anyway, just to make sure there were no other problems with it. Robert Winget, the furnace specialist, arrived within the proposed time frame and was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."
