"Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. This is nice, because I have experienced in the past where a plumber expected me to pay for their mistake. Eric also gave me quotes on other minor things I plan to do in the future."

"Needed a new toilet installed. Was scheduled by another Plumbing company. They never showed up. They had many excuses as to their rescheduling but pushed the project back again. I called Neighborly Plumbing and Travis was very professional and friendly. He had us by the new toilet and scheduled the plumber Mathew to install it. Mathew came on the scheduled time, installed the toilet in less than an hour and he was on his way. So professional and very nice. Canâ t wait for something else to replace so I can call them again."

"Technicians Trevor and Jeremy were very kind and friendly. Same day service!! I would highly recommend Towers Plumbing! :)"

"We had several major plumbing problems. Superior Water & Air was able to send an excellent plumber the same day during a snow and ice storm. His name is Andre Hudson and he was able to fix the major plumbing problems. He is very professional and knowledgeable."

"Upfront plumbing contacted me quickly with an available appointment and arrived timely. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and easy to work with."

"Customer service excellent. Immediate return to repair and/or modify a small issue. The back up what they say."

"Completely gutted our kitchen and rearranged where the sink and oven went, We put up an Ikea kitchen and it looks amazing they did a great job. We were please with most of the subcontractors he hired, particularly the guys for the awning(porch) and the floor.  Dan was very professional handling any issues we had and stuck to his word. There were a few times where the style or the design we wanted wasn't available and he anticipated our needs spectacularly.  We will definitely be holding on to his card."

"Dakota was the name of the plumber. He took one look at the issue we had and he took care of it very professionally. We are very happy with the work he did. Additionally, he had a very mild mannered attitude and his expertise was tops. I will add, too that the cost of the repairs was well below our own personal estimate."
