He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. I appreciate his knowledge, skill and professionalism. I am very pleased."

"Neighborly Plumbing has to be by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked. In fact those plumbers asked me what I wanted and asked for my suggestions! Seriously!! Need I say I went with Neighborly Plumbing. Their bid was extremely competitive and after all was done and said their quality was heads above everyone else. While completing the job they ended up redesigning the sump system because they found excessive water tables around the property. They wanted to insure that the system they installed was custom to our home and as such they ended up upgrading parts and incurring an additional day of labor for two master plumbers but yet honored my estimate. I’m sure they certainly couldn’t afford to do that on a frequent basis but it goes to show you that there are tradesman still alive and well who insist on quality and function on all jobs that they complete. "I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up.
