"The winds blew down a portion of my wooden fence. I was given several referrals from Angie’s List. I accepted an offer from Cobano’s Inc. Benjamin and his staff were out and repaired my fence using existing non-damaged wood and purchasing only what was needed for the repair. The job was completed and my fence looks great! Funny, I received a much higher bid from another company on Angie’s List to do the same thing for twice the price. So be sure to check with more than one company when getting work done even if you are selecting from Angie’s List. I am VERY happy with the end results. The Workers were pleasant and very respectful of my property ! I am happy! I would recommend them to my friends !"

"I dealt with the sales Manager Shan Gevorkian and found him very professional from the get-go. He offered a price that was better than I had been quoted from other competitors although it wasn't cheap and I believe you get what you pay for. Once we had agreed to move forward he set a date and promised all construction would be done during the week we had agreed upon. His crew came out and began tearing down the old Pergola by day two they already had both of the old dilapidated pergolas removed and had begun construction on the smaller of the two new ones. By the middle of the week I liked what I was seeing so much that I decided to have my two Side gates replaced as well with the vinyl. Shan promised me that this could be done within the original timeframe we had agreed upon and impressively by the end of the week it was done along with the pergolas. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail and very satisfied with how they kept on schedule. The only negative thing I could say is the two main workers are rather loud and let's say passionate about their work. Sometimes I heard them having rather heated discussions about their work. I can honestly say it didn't bother me because when I went out to see what they done at the end of each day it showed that they actually cared what they were doing rather than just slapping it together. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and to recommend them to my neighbors. In fact I plan to have them to the fencing around the yard when my finances permit.

"Roy and his team did a fantastic job on our fence!! We put in a full fence all around the front yard and the driveway. I wasn't totally sure even what I wanted at first or what would look best and Roy helped me figure out what my priorities were and made it a reality. He and his team were respectful and hard working and the fence was done in 3 days! He even heard that one of the days was going to be my twins birthday and he brought a small treat for them! We are very happy with Roy and Get Her Done and would definitely use them in the future."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

He replaced around 20 rusted out footings on our balcony railings, and also removed roughly 20 bars with decorative elements and replaced them with straight bars. He did the entire job in one day, and from start to finish, from the estimate through to the end, he was a joy to work with, and did an excellent job. "We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."
