They had no issues dropping larger samples off for us to compare in our home. Estimates were emailed to us and broken down by line item which was fantastic and beyond what other companies provided. Ryan said this was so the customer could see where the costs were and could decide if there was any of the work they wanted to try and do themselves to bring the pricing down. The installers were on time, polite, and did a great job with the flooring install. We did a ~400 square foot area of our basement and it was completed in ~4-5 hours. "Installation was fine. Within 4 months carpet has stains all over. The 3M Everguard guarantee is a waste of money. Everguard people had me pay to have carpet professionally cleaned then wouldn’t accept my claim. Independent One sent an “independent” inspector, who, of course, reported this is my fault. So I’m now stuck with this $4000 purchase. This business does not stand behind what they sell. I would never recommend them. I’d give them a 0 if possible."
