This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I sent a quote request to Jose the other day to replace my chimney cap which had blown off earlier in the week. About an hour later I got a phone call and that evening he came by to assess the job and provide me a quote. The next morning at 8am, he was on my roof getting the job done. "I called Mike on a Monday. When our schedules didn't work out for a meet up he gave me an estimate through Facetime and offered to start the work the very next day. 
Mike ordered a dumpster and it was delivered on time on Tuesday morning. The workers (3) arrived at my house on time and worked through some pretty harsh weather. They finished the project in one day (about 8 hours). 
The roof repair isn't the prettiest, but so far it has held up.
By nature chimney demo is a VERY messy job. The dust was everywhere in the house but to no fault of their own. The workers were careful not to damage the floors, walls, doors or windows around their debris path.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service they provided and was very impressed with how quickly they were able to start work.
