"While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. "Connecticut Basement installed our Radon System 5 years ago and did a fantastic job so we hired them to install our new water softner. During the install it was discovered and verified by me that the well pump was defective (19 years old) and they managed to do all the work plus the well pump in the same day. Without the well pump we could have gone days without water. They were here at our house for 9 hours. Super service!!"
