"Recently, I had a sewer pump replaced. Ken was the installer. He throughly inspected the sewer pump and miscellaneous parts. He explained the work to be performed. Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Prior to leaving he made it clear for us to contact his office if we have any issues. Overall, Ken demonstrated professional skills, knowledge and did a high quality job. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"I went to Angi around 1:00 PM to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Exquisite Home Improvement contacted me within 15 minutes and the faucet was installed by 5:30 PM. The installer was prompt, respectful, and professional. Their fee was less than I expected and I will use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend."

"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."
