His Office, called the next day to confirm quote and date work would be done On another day, at our convenience, a different Electrician came. He added the needed electric outlet, installed duct work, and completed the installation for our electric dryer. He asked us to check out his work and turned on the dryer to show that our project was complete. (Both men visiting our home, wore a facial mask, called ahead, gave their name, showed ID, and even wore carpet protectors over their shoes,so we felt safe and our white carpet remained clean.)"

Finally returned to the initial outlet of concern and that fixed the problem. Would not move any furniture to get to outlets, which we understood, so we did the moving.
