"Saturday morning our dryer lost all its heat. So I posted the job on Angi's list that same morning, figuring we wouldn't get anybody till Monday at the earliest. Five minutes after posting the job, I get a call from Rick from City Appliance Repairs saying he could come out in the afternoon to work on the dryer. He shows up around 5 p.m. and in about 25 minutes our dryer was working like the day we bought it. VERY reasonable charge, with NO upcharge for a weekend visit. I recommend Rick to everybody."

"The thermistor on dryer was faulty. While he examined it, he found that one of the seals was tearing. The technician asked us if there was any leak we had noticed. We said no. He showed us the damage and asked us if we wanted to get the seal replaced too. We said yes. In addition to the initial service call, the cost of replacing the faulty thermistor + the torn seal came to approximately 280 dollars or so. This was in addition to the approximately 100$ for the initial call. We thought this was to our satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

I found them on Angie's List. They did not do that great of a job. I had to call the owner back to clean up some of the mess, including scuff marks and stuff that they tried to cover up and did not do. He did not do that much of a job either. He even left a mess for me to vacuum up. I would not recommend them to anybody. One day they did not show up. When they sanded the stairs they did not put up any kind of barrier wall so there was dust everywhere. They literally left piles of sawdust and they did not clean up at all.
