"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"Carl and Henry were fantastic to deal with. Up front and honest. The turn around time from first call to install was beyond fast. The guys removed my old system and installed new. Up and running same day. Friendly courteous guys and cleaned up ! Highly recommended"

"It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. Have always had a good experience with this company."

"We called early afternoon to see if someone could come out to evaluate our water heater which water temperature was hot & cold over the weekend, someone was at the house in an hour, Tom Ripley was excellent had the problem solved and a new water heater installed within a few hours. Tom was pleasant and did everything he promised to do. Nice hot shower to look forward to."

"Service was performed as requested. Update of old electrical wiring was undertaken successfully so new lighting could be installed. I would use this client again.
