At the beginning of September this year Geico Builders started backyard renovation which is contains structural retaining wall about 220 lnf, pavers, composite deck Trex, staircase with beautiful fountain. "This project was for remodeling 3 bathrooms and a total kitchen remodel. The construction workers were very skilled. They were very good about listening to our suggestions along the way. I would suggest that the construction foreman be present along with the salesman when the project is estimated so that technical issues and be better clarified. For example, we removed carpet and installed DVT vinyl flooring which resulted in different leveling issues. These issues could have been resolved early on rather than brainstorming solutions with the workers at the ends. The project was done on time as scheduled even though we added some changes along the way. The electrical subcontractor should have clarified options for wiring for the kitchen better. The only negative comment I can make is that we thought the cost was a little high, however the quality was very good. The final project is beautiful."

"Within a few months of buying our first home, we noticed some troubling signs: bedroom doors swinging open or closed on their own, “bubbles” and creaks in sections of the newly renovated floors, and significant cracks splitting the concrete in our garage. While technically our house was level, Christopher uncovered that our foundation was sinking by inches in multiple areas, explaining the issues we were experiencing. Though the news and associated repair cost were a bit daunting as new homeowners, Christopher’s knowledge, professionalism, and clear answers to all our questions reassured us that we were in good hands. With confidence, we decided to proceed with BAU for the repair. Fredy Mora and his crew did exceptional work with the demo of the old concrete slabs and the prep for lifting, working quickly and efficiently. Fredy’s positive attitude made the process smooth, and his team was thorough and dedicated from start to finish. A special thank you to our lift project manager, Kevin Gaeden. Kevin was an outstanding communicator, keeping us fully informed and addressing every question promptly. His attentiveness made a huge difference throughout the project, and we felt reassured every step of the way. Esteban Ibarra, a crewmember on the lift team, also did superb work, handling the hands-on details with skill and care. Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift.
