"Used this company because of the $19 coupon for the furnace exam. ( and other reviews) Because of the big response to the coupon, the service date was later than I hoped, but was understandable.  senior rate for second furnace exam was $69 . i needed to ask for the senior rate. 
Our service person was Dave. He was a most professional, polite, careful, on time  person. We felt we were in good hands and got an honest estimate for work needing to be done  and checkup on our furnaces. I would highly recommend him.
He called his boss Jason to come over and confirm the estimate. 
After we received the estimate for replacement or repair, we looked at other estimates and found Haddon to be more reasonable. the price was the determining factor. Haddon was exceptional in their service as well. I will write a separate review of them.
To be clear, the price for the examination of furnace is the typical rate except for the great coupon deal. . the replacement rate was noncompetitive.
