Also found something broke in our toilet and he replace it and we also already had a new toilet and he also installed and did everything that same day. If you need anything done he is your guy ! He has the work ethic everyone here is lacking. I called so many plumbers and they NEVER SHOWED UP. He was also very understanding and reasonable with pricing. The tankless system was installed and checked by city inspector, however one of the tanks wouldn't drain and a pump was ordered to help with the draining and they returned a week later, drained and removed the old tank even though they had been paid the week prior. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
