I personally do most of the detail work and finish work myself and am qualified as a master-carpenter. I'm probably one of the few "working contractors" still around. John came in the fall of 2024, inspected the site, understood that this was our only bathroom and worked with us to expedite our renovation. He is extremely focused on problem resolution, patiently explaining each issue he uncovered, showing what was wrong and how to make it right, and keeping costs from spiraling out of control. Our new bathroom is fresh and modern, and more importantly leak free. I have been enjoying this bathroom since the project finished in December. John is fantastic!"
