"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"Having had work done in my home from small tasks to significant renovations I have encountered several contractors who perform marginal or substandard work so I decided to source a reputable contractor from Angi. After reading the comments and reviews, I arranged a personal meeting with Mike Melia for my bathroom renovation. Mike responded quickly to evaluate and explore and explain the best options while taking into consideration my handicaps. Throughout the project there was much infrastructure from prior work performed and existing conditions. Mike addressed all structural problems, plumbing and electrical repairs including a new sub panel. Mike has remarkable attention to detail for every aspect of work and he completed the work with a high standard of professionalism with his employees and subcontractors. Mike was on site everyday in constant communication with myself and my insurance company. He was unexpectedly neat and clean throughout the process. "The estimate was on point with timeframe of all the projects. They guys showed up everyday (6) days a week and worked late most nights to finish the days projects. They were courteous. They did a beautiful tiling job in both my bathroom and kitchen.
